Gates

Turnstiles

Turnstiles are a necessary addition for controlling the movement of staff as well as visitors to your site. A prime example would be a sporting venue where turnstiles permit entry to ticket holders only. Our turnstiles ensure no unwanted access to sites with mainly pedestrian routes. They are available as single or twin-rotor designs and can be adapted for disabled access. At RDS, we care about making our turnstiles as user-friendly as possible.

These turnstiles can be easily accessed via pass card, allowing for quick and convenient access by authorised personnel. The turnstiles we fabricate are designed to rotate in both directions, and one way for entrance-only/ exit-only access. So, these turnstiles are a great way to control the flow of foot traffic in and out.

Barriers

In tandem with turnstiles and gates, barriers are an excellent way of controlling the flow of foot traffic in and around your site. At RDS, we fabricate all barriers in compliance with health and safety as well as the customer’s specific requirements. Our rising arm barriers work amazingly well in tandem with security gates, allowing for quicker through traffic without needing to open and close a heavy gate. Building security is still maintained, however.

If you need to restrict entry to vehicles of a certain height, we have height restriction barriers available. These are ideally suited for both outdoor and multi-storey car parks. Barriers can be designed with both manual and electric operation, providing you with added convenience if desired. And all barriers can combine easily with site security controls (e.g. CCTV, access cards, etc.)
