RDS Quarterly In House Training
Every quarter we conduct in house training for all of our engineers to ensure that they are kept up to speed with product changes, product innovations and of course to maintain company standards/expectations.
Using our very own training module our senior technicians set various faults on a wide range of products that our engineers come across in the industry on a daily basis.
Under the senior’s guidance they set about solving the issues and being altogether gives us the ideal opportunity to pose and solve issues we come across every day.
We also set up repair areas, again senior technicians will train and refresh engineers on day to day repairs for instance like curtain weld repairs to ensure company standards are maintained and uniformed company approach is followed by all.
It’s also great to get everyone to together, have some team bonding and for everyone to have a really good catch up whilst at the same time learning and adopting new skills and perfecting techniques.
